Spectacles Services
This service is applicable only to selected single vision stock lenses and is subject to availability. Call our hotline / DM us or visit our store to discuss current stock availability with our staff.
Applicable to full frame, rimlon, and metal rimlon frames only.
Lens options include clear or blue light filtering with the option of upgrading to high index lenses. Non-prescription tinted sunglass lenses are available as well.
Enjoy worry-free wear with our 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects in your frames. Offer items not included.
All our progressive lenses are custom-made. To ensure the highest quality, we prioritize precision over speed. The estimated production time for your lenses is 7 business days. If you require your lenses urgently, please inform us, and we will do our best to expedite the process.
Stock lenses and prescription (Rx) lenses differ significantly in their production and suitability. Stock lenses are pre-manufactured in large quantities to accommodate common prescriptions, resulting in faster availability and lower costs. However, they lack the customization of Rx lenses, which are surfaced to order.
Rx lenses offer a wider range of options, including various materials, coatings, and features. While they require more time for production and are generally more expensive, they are ideal for complex prescriptions or those requiring specialized features like prismatic lenses or iseikonic designs.
Think of stock lenses as off-the-shelf items, and RX lenses as custom-tailored suits for your eyes.
We provide a service to transfer your existing lenses from an old to a new frame.
Applicable to full frames only.
This service is feasible provided your current lens diameter is large enough for the new frame.
Contact Lenses Services
In accordance with the Ministry of Health of Singapore regulations, all contact lens purchases require a prior eye health check by a licensed optometrist. This check is valid for six months. There are no charges for eye health checks. You may continue purchasing contact lenses from us within this timeframe. After six months, a new eye health check is necessary for further contact lens purchases. This essential eye health check ensures your eyes remain healthy and free from infections, allowing for the continued comfortable and safe use of your contact lenses.
We will not sell contact lenses without a valid eye health check and will not entertain requests to postpone or waive this requirement.
We accept phone / message orders for contact lenses from existing customers. Kindly provide us with your name or mobile number for us to process your order. However, please note that an eye health check is required every six months. There are no charges for eye health checks.
This check ensures your continued suitability for contact lenses, checking for any infections or conditions that may have developed as a result of contact lens wear, before we can fulfill your order.
To ensure you receive thorough guidance on contact lens fitting, an appointment booking is necessary for first-time contact lens wearers, especially during peak periods. This allows our optometrists to provide you with comprehensive instructions and ensure a comfortable and safe fit for your new lenses.
Kindly inform our optometrists of your preferred timeslot, and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.

We offer delivery services. Please note that delivery may be subjected to additional charges, varying by location, courier, and delivery priority.
To book appointments, please contact our customer service hotline at +65 6251 9202. We'll handle the scheduling and secure you a slot at your earliest convenience, or at your preferred time and date in advance at your preferred branch, depending on the services you require.
