Manufacturing Warranty (Lenses): We cover defects in your lenses caused by manufacturing faults for 1 year. However, this warranty doesn't include damage like scratches or stains, nor issues from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions or chemicals.
Prescription Warranty: If your prescription changes, or if you feel uncomfortable with the prescription we provided, we will replace the prescription for you for free within 2 weeks of your purchase. We'll happily refund your purchase if they fail to improve your vision or resolve the issues you're experiencing*.
